The rooms were really clean and had a lovely enclosed terrace, and the staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling.

I had a wonderful overnight stay at Del Mar Hotel & Spa. the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. the location is ideal, situated in a charming residential area, which added to the overall experience. Our room was immaculate and featured a lovely terrace that we truly enjoyed.

The Del Mar Hotel & Spa offers a wonderful overall experience. the hotel is newly decorated and features excellent service. Its location is perfect, situated close to the town center and local restaurants, all while being in a quiet residential area with plenty of free parking available.

The smell - very bad: a mix of smoke with dirty feet... The female recepcionist was the worst I have ever encounted...You can tell she hates her job and couldn´t care less about the hotel and her bosses... The male recepcionist was friendly and helpful

The services were excellent and the location is perfect, near the old town of Cadiz and in a quiet residential area, close to local restaurants.

Asked to replace the beer at the mini bar with - at least 2 botles - but the request was not attended. They did not clean the room one day that we stayed inn until 2pm (I left the signal at the door all afternoon and... Nothing).

Our twin room was equipped with a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating, making our stay comfortable and convenient. It was easy to move around, and the private bathroom added to the experience. the staff was excellent, enhancing our overall experience, and the service was top-notch.

The absence of an outdoor pool. There is a charge for using the spa pool.

Nice room, very comfortable. There are shutter on the big window - so you can keep the window opened all the time. There are birds out of the window & it`s so nice to wake up there in the morning. The staff speaks English, very friendly and helpful. There are professional masseur. There is enough free parcing place around the hotel.

There are poor food & poor bar. The hotel is rather far from the historical centre and seaside.
